The Emotikon Čimická project transforms an existing parking garage into a modern residential building naturally integrated into its surroundings. The original structure is lightened with golden slats covering the garage floors, adding both lightness and a contemporary look. L-shaped residential floors open into the space, creating pleasant distances from nearby buildings. Horizontal cornices and balconies, together with cream ribbed plaster and concrete details, give the house an elegant character and contemporary architectural expression.

The common areas of Emotikon Čimická combine functionality with aesthetics. The interior design reflects the façade for a unified look, while contrasting concrete, white elements, and a varied color palette. Each floor is marked by its own color, visible on apartment doors and lighting, giving the space character. The atrium brings daylight and greenery into all levels, creating a pleasant climate. Overall, it is an environment that encourages encounters, orientation, and a sense of belonging.
